REFERRAL FEES - WE APPRECIATE YOUR ASSISTANCE WITH OUR CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
Zoe Staffing has several clients throughout the USA.
Our currents clients represent some of the largest employers in the USA, along with smaller yet
very profitable and formidable
businesses.
We appreciate your referrals and provide a finders fee for each open position. Finders Fee vary based
on our contract with the client and are non negotiable.
Each posted job has a finders fee next to the job title on Zoe Staffing's web site.
The process is very simple. You refer someone to us in reference to one of the job orders listed on our site.
We will take over the process of recruiting the individuals should he/she be deemed a good fit for the position.If Zoe Staffing successfully places the individual at a client site, you will receive a referral bonus as soon as Zoe Staffing receives
payment from the client (usually thirty days after the candidate's start date).The Candidate must complete the guarantee period prior to the payment of any referral bonus.
The process:
Review the job opportunities posted on the Zoe Staffing web site.
Refer your friends/colleagues via email to Zoe Staffing: including

| The job for which you are making the recommendation, |
| How you are acquainted, |
| If you prefer to remain anonymous |
| The candidate's resume (if you should have it) |

Once your referral is received we will advise on the status of your candidate within 24 hours:
| If your candidate is NOT a fit |
| If your candidate is not a fit but will be placed in our database as your referral |
| If we intend to move forward with your candidate. |
| If the individual you refer is
already in our database and we have contacted the candidate within the 6 months prior to your submission, we reserve the right to refuse the referral. |

Terms and conditions for Referral Fees:
Successful Placement is defined as an individual represented by Zoe Staffing, and accepts a job offer by one of our clientsand is employed by the client beyond the guarantee period.
Guarantee Period is defined in our contract with each client. Clients differ in their guarantee period.
Our usual guarantee period is 60 days, meaning that the new employee (your referral) must remain in his/her
position for a minimum of 60 days from the start date.
by Zoe Staffing at any time in the 4 years after we receive your referral, and the candidate meets the guarantee period,
you will receive a check from Zoe Staffing.
Your referral must be a good faith presentation of information which would be of interest to us.
There must be a job posted on our website for which you believe the candidate qualified.
We are not asking that you "prequalify" the candidate, just that there be some reasonable attempt at matching the candidate
with one of our current openings.
Basically, if we are asking for a cook and you send a mechanic who likes to eat, the referral will be refused..
If we are not able to accept your referral you will be informed immediately.
Your name and the candidate's name will not be placed in our database.
We will advise as to why we made the decision to reject your referral whenever possible.
We reserve the right to refuse a referral for any reason.
